These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and sogbet ("sogbet," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the sogbet online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through the website at sogbet.app and any related mobile-optimized interfaces.

By registering a sogbet account, accessing the platform, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms in their entirety. • You must be a natural person — corporate entities, bots, and automated accounts are not permitted to register or play on sogbet.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing sogbet from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of sogbet, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from sogbet or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.

sogbet enforces age verification as part of the account registration and Know Your Customer (KYC) process. • Accounts registered with false information are subject to immediate closure without notice.

sogbet supports deposits and withdrawals through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed in your sogbet account dashboard at the time of the transaction.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. sogbet does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification. sogbet processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes specified in the platform's payment information section. • Deposits must come from accounts registered in your own name.

• sogbet does not charge fees on standard GCash and PayMaya transactions.
• Bank transfer withdrawals may be subject to standard bank processing fees.
• sogbet reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large transactions.

sogbet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific bonus terms, all sogbet bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps applicable to each bonus are detailed in the individual promotion's terms and conditions, which form part of these overall Terms.

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may only be used by the account holder to whom they were issued.
• sogbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players who attempt to abuse bonus systems — including through multi-accounting, collusion, or arbitrage — will have their bonuses voided and their accounts reviewed.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your sogbet wallet. Real-money funds are used first unless otherwise specified.
• sogbet's decision on all bonus-related disputes is final and binding.

All games available on the sogbet platform — including live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Sic Bo), slots, bingo, color prediction, and Insect Master — are governed by individual game rules that are accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers.

sogbet uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology for all applicable games. Live dealer games are streamed from professional studios and are subject to the rules of the specific game variant being played. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, sogbet reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account.

Bets placed and accepted by the sogbet system are final. Once a wager has been confirmed and the game round has commenced, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the player. sogbet's game logs and server records are the definitive record of all game outcomes and transactions. In any dispute, sogbet's records take precedence over any player-side screenshots or recordings.

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled once a game round has started.
• Technical malfunctions void all affected plays and wagers are returned.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sogbet platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or misrepresenting your age or eligibility.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, sogbet, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the sogbet platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunctions, server outages, or connectivity issues beyond sogbet's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Losses arising from your reliance on inaccurate game information, odds displays, or promotional materials that contained typographical errors.
• Interruptions to the sogbet service caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance.
• Any loss or damage arising from your violation of these Terms.

sogbet's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their sogbet account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit sogbet's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by Philippine law.

sogbet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. By registering a sogbet account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the sogbet Privacy Policy.

The types of personal data sogbet collects include your name, date of birth, address, contact details, government-issued ID information, payment details, and gaming activity records. This data is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and to improve the sogbet platform experience.

sogbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the player.
• Underage gambling or misrepresentation of age.
• Violation of sogbet's responsible gaming policies, including breach of a self-exclusion agreement.

Upon account closure, sogbet will process any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) in accordance with applicable regulations, provided that the closure was not triggered by fraud, money laundering, or other illegal conduct. In cases involving suspected illegal activity, funds may be withheld pending investigation and regulatory guidance.

Players may also voluntarily close their sogbet account at any time by contacting the support team. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Most disputes can be resolved through direct communication with our support team within a reasonable timeframe.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms, where applicable, in accordance with PAGCOR's regulatory framework for online gaming operators in the Philippines.

sogbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, sogbet will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the platform. The updated Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. Your continued use of the sogbet platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
